As President and CEO, Ralph brings over twenty-five years of experience with financing, investing and executive management. He served several years with Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young), an international accounting firm, in the firm's Small Business Department. He has held executive positions as President as well as Chief Financial Officer in several fast growth companies. Ralph's experience includes various positions with Sonera Venture Partners, USA; Lockheed Corporation, Ventura Capital Management, and the investment-banking firm of Pacific Equity Development Corporation. He has owned, operated and sold his own businesses and served on the Boards of Directors of several companies.
Ralph has held professional memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Management Accounting. He holds a Doctorate degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Southern California (Accounting), a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree (Finance) from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of The Holy Cross. He also holds both CPA and CMA Certifications.
Lam Vu, Chairman & Founder
Lam Q Vu has been practicing Law since 1990. He was admitted to Indiana and California State Bars. His practice focuses in the areas of International Business, Immigration, Taxes and Criminal Law. Since 1995, Mr. Vu has participated in various financial projects such as credit card banking, money transfer joint ventures in Southeast Asian countries. Before his Law practice career, Mr. Vu's professional experiences included managerial and executive appointments with The University of California, Irvine College of Medicine / Family Medicine Community Clinic and The Orange County Health Care Agency, County of Orange, California. Mr. Vu holds the Juris Doctor, Master of Public Administration, and a BA in Economics. He is currently pursuing his studies and researches in the areas of Herbology and Natural Health.

Ky Dao, Medical Advisor
Dr. Ky Dao attended medical school at University of Saigon in the 1970's. He continued his medical education in Israel from 1980-1983. Returning to the United States, he completed his residency as Family Practice at University of California, Irvine. Dr. Ky Dao is a Diplomat of the American Board of Family Medicine and he is currently in private practice in Garden Grove, California. He has special interests in herbal medicine and nutritional supplementation. His researches/practices focus in the areas of patient care with Chemical Dependency; Chronic Hepatitis B; Chronic Hepatitis C; Chronic Herpetic Infections; Chronic Fatigue Syndrome; and Chronic Joint Problems along with HIV and various forms of Cancer.
